JEREMIAH JAMES
Jeremiah James (Book, Conceived and Produced by) As a Producer/Director, Mr. James has developed and produced various theatrical productions, one-person shows, and staged readings in New York, LA and as far across the world as Africa. Mr. James’ first venture into the world of producing was the international recording group “TEATRO” (of which he is a member), their first full two-hour show. Jeremiah not only produced the show but also was the Director and Choreographer. He also Produced/Wrote/Directed as well and starred in his one man concert “TUPELO” based off his Yellowsound Label debut solo album of the same name, launching in LA and later bringing the concert NY.
Mr. James produced several staged readings of the Ed Dixon one-man play “Georgie” The Life and Death of George Rose in NY and NJ. After being invited to attend the Eugene O’Neill Cabaret Conference, Jeremiah ventured into the world of producing, writing and directing one-person shows which include Jeremiah James “My Inner Superman” and “Choose Love”, and Forest VanDyke’s "Breaking Free” ( which he co-wrote ) as well as being a consultant on many others.
Mr. James has recently finished his first book entitled “Only Me… Thanks a lot.” with his writing partner Dr.Stefanie Macaluso, which also has a Web-series attached to it currently in development.
The television show connived by Mr. James and written by himself and Karen Moline, “The Theatre Re-Invention Project", is currently in its final stages of development for network television.
"It Happened in Key West” the chamber Broadway musical conceived for the stage and screen by Mr. James is about to begin its first readings in NYC this fall with a full production planned for the 2016-2017 season.
